What is a feed parser?

A feed parser is a tool that allows you to take content from a library database, a blog, a podcast, a news site, or other pages that use RSS feeds and place that content in your own Web page (or in Blackboard).  (See graphic below for an overview of the process.) What's a feed? Visit Feed 101 for an explanation.
